A note on privacy
💛 Anyone with your group's link can see the full room list and any room details on it — so treat the link like a group chat: share it with your crew, not publicly. When adding kids, never include names, and only share the age or gender you're comfortable with (tapping Skip still shows the 🎈 and 🎂 badges).
Shown to everyone on the group page — meeting spots, reminders, anything the crew should see.
Anyone using the old password will need this new one to approve rooms.
Anonymous device counts — no names, no accounts. A device counts as currently using the app if it's visited at least one group whose sailing hasn't ended yet (or has no end date set).
Every self-chosen name and code, most recently active first. Tap a code to copy it.
Every Disney Adventure sailing's Facebook group, pulled live from your spreadsheet.
Every self-serve room request anyone has ever submitted, most recent first — who submitted it (name and restore code), what they sent, and when. Entries stay here permanently, even after you approve or decline the request itself, so you can spot a device flooding the queue or repeatedly re-submitting the same room.
Every room approved (or approved for deletion), most recent first — who approved it (name and restore code, or Owner/Organizer when there's no personal name on that device) and when. Permanent, even after the pending request itself is long gone.
Whenever an already-listed room's kid details are approved with a different list, it shows here — most recent first. Check this before re-running a bulk add, so it doesn't overwrite what a family has since changed. Tick a change off once you've checked it over.
Download a full backup of every group, or restore from a backup file you saved earlier.
